La Jolla Village Professional Center celebrates the beautiful coastal
location in which it is located with extensive native landscaping.
The center features 218 trees representing 12 different species.
Not only do these beautiful trees enhance the aesthetics of the center,
but they help our environment in many ways – cleansing the air we
breathe by consuming carbon dioxide, filtering dust and particles, and absorbing
pollutants such as ozone, carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide,
and giving off oxygen.
The strategic placement of the trees also helps the center control air conditioning costs,
providing shade and cooling during hot summer months.
We hope that you enjoy the wonderful display of greenery and foliage in the center.
